As Operations Director, Denise is like the Tasmanian Devil of Konstruct (in the best way possible, of course)—she’s full of energy, and always shaking things up and finding ways to disrupt our processes for the better.

She started with us as a digital strategist, then got promoted to DS Team Lead, and then got promoted AGAIN to Operations Director! 🧗

In addition to her work, Denise has made a massive impact on Konstruct’s culture in her three years, from our new Quiet Zone/Zen Garden 🤫 to many random office dance parties (the exact opposite of a zen garden.) 💃
