- What to expect in the first 3 days postpartum
- Breastfeeding tips and tricks from someone who has breast fed 4 children
- How to advocate for yourself
- some Homeopathic remedies to aid in labour and delivery
- And have all your concerned and questions addressed so you feel ready and prepared to welcome earthside the life that you have been creating.

Depending on time we can even do some meditations and birth art ❤️
