Almost 19 years ago, I came to Alberta as an immigrant, unsure about how the workplace works here. Joining a mentorship program early on made a big difference—it helped me feel more confident and prepared.
Now, I have the privilege of helping others through Bow Valley College’s Mentorship for Rural Immigrants Program.
If you live outside Calgary and Edmonton and want to:
