Weekly Tip:
Next time you go grocery shopping, try a new fruit or vegetable. Rather than buying more carrots when you run out, replace them with beets or another vegetable of choice. It is important to eat different foods in order to receive a variety of nutrients.

Grapefruits are in season and are absolutely delicious right now! Try broiled grapefruit for something different:
1. Heat oven to broil
2. Cut grapefruit in half and in between segments to loosen
3. Drizzle a little raw honey or pure maple syrup on each half and sprinkle with cinnamon
4. Bake for 4-5 minutes until sugars start to caramelize
5. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt to add a little protein

Start drinking more filtered water throughout the day to help your body function properly. Try adding frozen berries, fresh lemon, lime, or mint to make it more exciting!
