We’re incredibly proud to share the successful completion of the ASI Central Mixed-Use project in Kelowna, BC.

As our first development in the city, this project is a true reflection of what can be achieved through strong collaboration, dedication, and teamwork from start to finish. The building’s modern design and beautifully finished interiors bring fresh energy and renewed vibrancy to the community setting a new benchmark for mixed-use construction in the area.

Lear Construction is proud to announce that we’ve been awarded the PDD Complex Need Residential Project in Calgary, AB.

Demolition is complete, and we’re moving full steam ahead into early construction at the site. All shoring piles have now been successfully drilled and installed—credit to the seamless coordination of our two on-site rigs. Excavation and lagging work is progressing well, with anchor installation now underway as part of Stage 2 of shoring.

With the building permit, IFC drawings, and a partial Notice to Proceed in place, we’re nearly there. We’re currently awaiting the final Notice to Proceed from the City, which will pave the way for utility work to begin without delay. Exciting momentum building across the board!
