Rosé & Croquet Garden Party presented by is officially sold out and our hearts are so full.
Thank you to everyone who snapped up tickets and helped make this year’s Garden Party our most anticipated yet.

Today our team spent the day out in Didsbury visiting two farms that contribute to our menu: Trafford Farms and Deepwater.
At we stepped inside their indoor mushroom farm. Rows of blue and pink oyster mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, and lion’s mane growing in controlled environments. These mushrooms make their way onto plates and bringing texture and earthiness we love.
We toured the hydroponic greenhouse, where kale, basil, Swiss card, arugula and other vibrant greens thrive year-round.
Huge thank you to Charlie, Paul, Mike and the entire team for welcoming us, sharing your craft and reminding us how much care goes into every ingredient before it reaches our kitchens.
