We’re proud to announce Jessica Ormita’s promotion to Project Lead.

Jessica brings a thoughtful, human-centred approach to every project, balancing creativity with strong technical coordination and collaboration. Known for her attention to detail and ability to navigate projects through multiple phases, she consistently contributes to spaces that are both functional and meaningful.

Her design philosophy is rooted in creating environments that support connection, wellbeing, and everyday experience. Jessica values collaboration throughout the design process and approaches each project with curiosity, care, and a strong understanding of how thoughtful interiors can positively shape the way people work and interact.

Her continued growth and leadership have made a meaningful impact across our studio and projects, and we’re excited to see her continue to grow in this new role.

What You Bring:

Bachelor of Interior Design or equivalent professional credential
A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow
A strong understanding of human-centred design and its impact on well-being and experience
Clear communication skills with colleagues, consultants, and clients
Confidence working independently and proactively managing responsibilities
Healthcare and/or corporate design experience is considered an asset
A commitment to contributing to an inclusive, forward-thinking team culture
