Triple Chocolate TRUE Protein Bar Pumpkin muffins
Ingredients
• 1.75 Cup whole wheat flour
• ½ Cup coconut sugar
• 1 Teaspoon baking soda
• 2Teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/8 Teaspoon ginger
• 1/8 Teaspoon cloves
• 1/8 Teaspoon salt
• 1/2 Cup chopped walnut
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 Cup coconut oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup maple syrup
• 1 Cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 Cup almond milk
• 1 Triple Chocolate TRUE Protein Bar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Mix eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, almond milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla
3. Mix dry ingredients together
4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
5. Add walnuts and coconut oil, and mix
6. Add Triple Chocolate TRUE Protein Bar
7. Pour batter into muffin cups and bake at 350ºF for 22-24 minutes.
8. Remove Triple Chocolate TRUE Protein Bar Pumpkin muffins from oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
