Cycling Safety Reminder for Calgary!

Summer is a busy time for biking, and we want to remind everyone to stay safe while enjoying Calgary’s pathways, parks and neighbourhood streets. All children and youth under the age of 18 are required by law to wear a bicycle helmet.

Before heading out, make sure helmets fit properly and are securely fastened. A few simple safety precautions can help keep every ride safe and fun. Ride safe, wear your helmet and enjoy the summer!

Our DCA Tennis Programs begin this weekend, and there are still a few spots available in select classes.

Whether you’re brand new to tennis or ready to sharpen your skills, these small-group lessons are a fun way to get active, learn proper technique, and enjoy time on the court this summer.

Led by Coach Chib, a TPA-certified instructor with more than 20 years of coaching experience, these classes are designed to be welcoming, skill-building, and fun for all ages.

Curious about the pickleball craze but not sure where to start? We’re hosting the perfect entry point this Saturday, July 11th!

Our 2-hour Pickleball INTRO Clinic (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) is fully designed for adults (15+) who want to learn the game in a supportive, zero-pressure environment. Our fantastic certified instructor, Stephen Hansen, will walk you through the fundamental shots, positioning, and rules so you can confidently play with friends.

No gear? No problem. We supply the paddles and balls! Just show up ready to move and have a blast.
