🏔️ One pattern. Seven Alberta-inspired colour stories.

When we first picked up the Finestra Beach Bag pattern by Hannah Cross, we thought our Peaks & Prairie yarn would be a beautiful match. The recommended yarns share a similar cotton/acrylic blend, and we couldn’t wait to see how our Alberta-inspired colours would come to life.

After finishing our own bag in Snow Melt and Blue Violet, we knew we wanted to share the experience.

So we’ve curated seven Finestra yarn kits, each inspired by a different corner of Alberta, from glacial lakes and mountain mist to prairie meadows and northern skies.

Each kit includes the Peaks & Prairie yarn you’ll need to make your own bag using this beautiful pattern.

One thing we discovered along the way? Thanks to the generous yardage in Peaks & Prairie, our sample used just 3 skeins of the main colour and 2 skeins of the contrast colour.

Meet our newest collection of handcrafted project pouches – makeup pouches (hello waterproof canvas bottom) – anything pouches, really.

This collection is made from beautiful gold-flecked herringbone wool, paired with carefully selected feature fabrics, finished with gold hardware and a soft sage lining, each pouch is designed to feel just as special as what it holds.

Every design will be released in all six sizes:

And because we work with limited quantities of premium textiles, each collection is truly limited edition. Once a fabric is gone, that design retires, making room for the next.

Over the past few weeks, we've been working behind the scenes on something new.

A collection of brushed metallic yarns designed to bring softness, glow and movement to every project.

Inspired by starlight, gemstones and shifting skies (all things sparkly), the Glimmer Series currently features ten carefully curated colourways:
