Another compressor project, done and dusted… and built for performance.

Recently, a local manufacturer of piping for the shipping industry reached out seeking an air compressor system.

Chamco supplied two Sullair 75 HP SN5509S compressors with a nano-purification solutions modular dryer, set up to share load and sequence.

These compressors use a spiral valve for part-load energy savings and AirLinx for remote monitoring.
The Nano dryer offers energy management and delivers clean dry air to -40° dewpoint.

The result is a reliable, energy-efficient, compressed air system designed to deliver long-term performance in a demanding application.

Here’s to another step toward a more efficient compressed air system at a BC sawmill!

Chamco recently completed the installation of 4 Sullair LS1108 (150 HP) compressors as part of a BC Hydro Power Smart energy study, replacing older, inefficient equipment with a more optimized compressed air system.

The new configuration includes 3 fixed speed units and a VFD compressor, now fully installed, sequenced, and operating as designed, with the VFD managing trim control to efficiently match system demand.

A solid installation by the contractors helped ensure a smooth ex*****on, and the result is a more reliable and energy-efficient system overall.
