Our small but mighty team, and the supports we provide, have grown this year thanks to the generosity of our community and funders.

In 2026 we’ve already provided 400 interactions with youth and caregivers through our group programs, 1:1 support, and free resources, connected with more then 200 professionals and community members through our lunch n’ learns, trainings, and workshops, and continue to see more folks accessing our virtual tools and resources on our website from around the world.

WE ARE SMALL BUT MIGHTY.

Now, we need your help to keep going.

This summer, we’re raising $5,000 (or more!) to ensure young people impacted by family substance use, mental health challenges, and adversity can access resources, relationships, and support without shame or fear.

Here is how you can help:

Donate to support our programs! Donate fund, your bottles through skip the depot, or gift cards and resources to provide in our hope kits. Tip: looking for a gift for a hard to shop for mentor or educator? Donate funds in honour of them via our donate link in our bio!

Purchase our love grows love hoodie via our site or at the Calgary Farmers' Market | Support Local this Thursday to Saturday! Tip: looking for a gift for an educator who has helped grow love in our youth? Our hoodies and pins are pretty awesome:)

Share! Save ! Comment! An easy way to support is to share our work, save these posts or comment below, it all helps us reach more folks many of our participants tell us they found us through social media, read the power of your shares❤️

Cause young people don’t get to choose the supports they are BORN into, and many of our youth and families are born into mental health and substance use challenges , poverty, stigma, and a lack of nurturing resources, relationships, and supports.

But our community can choose the kind of supports, resources, and relationships that surround them today!
