JR - Yesterday my autistic son taught me yet another lesson - he explained that a black man had explained to him - that going black on our social media is not about posting our comments/thoughts but it’s about amplifying the voices of black leaders/people fighting against inequalities.

Black Lives Matter! Yes, even in the workplace LinkedIn really looks like business as usual to me this afternoon. Talk about an echo chamber! Scrolling through my feed you’d think that the business world is an alternate reality to what is happening on the outside.

Women juggling with caregiving take brunt of pandemic labour

Such impacts risk rolling back the already fragile gains madein female labor force participation, limiting women’s ability to support themselves andtheir families, especially for female-headed households,” the UN wrote in a policy brief examining the impact of COVID-19 on women.
