KDG was approached to develop a contemporary industrial park in the new commercial / industrial subdivision of Crossfield. Being the first development in the new subdivision, our goal was to enhance the appeal of both Laut Avenue and Range Road 12 and create a building that acts as a focal point for the intersection.

Visited another KDG residential design. This duplex is a great example of Knopov design’s modern style. The facade features a mix of attractive materials that beautify the home and surrounding community.
