Everyone posting there great vacay pictures , achievements and memories on IG. And dont get me wrong I am happy for all of you but this post is for someone who is feeling guilt , sad and burnt out about their life. Dear Reader please remember that we all have closets in our mind and out in physical world that need to be cleaned. Its okay if you have not figured out anything in your life. Its okay that you are still a mature adult trying to get a degree or learn a skill or even better go do workout everyday. Because I know I am , but you know what its going to be all fine.

Take a deep breathe and lets get our s**t done in one day at a time.
