Congratulations to my buyers on finding their new home in Okotoks!

It has been such a pleasure getting to know this sweet couple over the past year as they planned their move from BC to be closer to family. They knew they wanted the quieter, small town feel that Okotoks offers, and they were patient while waiting for the right home.

Earlier this year, they fell in love with a townhouse in D’Arcy Ranch but lost out in a competing offer situation. When another unit came up as a coming soon listing, we were ready. We got in early, submitted a strong offer before it officially hit the market, and secured it before the competition even started.

The best part is that this one checks even more of their boxes than the first one did.

I couldn’t be happier for them as they start this next chapter closer to the people they love. This is a great reminder that making the right connections and keeping a close eye on upcoming opportunities can make all the difference.
