We often forget that we are the composition of the Earth. That it is ALL connected. Deeply, Divinely, Intrinsically.

On average, we share the same ratios of water to "land mass".
Our teeth contain calcium apatite - a mineral also found in phosphate rock.

Our ears have tiny crystal shards that are helpful to our equilibrium.

Our body mass is around 3% Nitrogen, found in places like building healthy amino acids, DNA & RNA. Without nitrogen, our body would not be able to heal itself and care for the organisms inside that assist in repairing itself.
Earth is around 78% Nitrogen and without a healthy regulation of it, our water and air become polluted and unable to harbor healthy organisms.

Potassium is found in our cells and travels throughout our body, we need this for healthy nerve function and muscles... it is a type of electrolyte. It makes up approximately 2.1% of the Earth's crust and travels into our oceans, making many other rock minerals rich in potassium. It is considered a type of metal.

I could go on, but I think you get the point.

We ARE the Earth made manifest in consciousness. You can deny the spiritual connection all you want, but the science is there. We are made up of the Earth's composition.

When you CARE for your physical vessel, you show care towards the EARTH. When you care for the EARTH, it is also an act of SEL-LOVE.

We have a BEAUTIFUL garden and playground here. Mother Earth is rich, abundant, and supportive. Without her, we have nothing. It is my belief that our connection to HER is the way to reconcile with a true connection to Spirit & Creator. We are literally Divine by Design.
What we breathe out, the Earth breathes in, what the Earth breathes out, we breathe in. Oxygen & CO2.

Take a breath and really soak it in, what is more, important than alignment with health & wellness, body, mind, and spirit.

THIS ALL is fundamental to understanding the connection to the ROOT & CROWN Chakra!
