✨Please help us give the warmest welcome to our newest coach, Peggy!✨

Peggy is a born and raised Calgarian, with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has coached everything from step and spin to Orange Theory and weight training.

She came out of coaching retirement because she loves this studio and the community at F45 Symons Valley so much.

Her philosophy is simple, fitness has to be fun, and life is about balance. When you enjoy what you’re doing and create that balance, that’s when real progress happens.

It’s also incredibly important to her to help people get stronger and improve their overall quality of life. She is passionate about helping members push past their limits, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Outside of the studio, you can find Peggy hiking in the mountains, spending time with her friends, and dancing. She’s definitely a bit of a self-proclaimed nerd running her own accounting business, so you may even get a few tax tips along the way! And the most important people in her life are her kids, Lincoln and Adrianna.
