To all of this year's Grade 12 graduates across Canada, congratulations on reaching this incredible milestone. As you look ahead to what's next, we hope you'll consider the rewarding opportunities that a career in construction has to offer.

We'd also like to celebrate one of our own.

Over the past year, Logan McCollum has been part of our Grande Prairie team through Alberta's Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), which allows high school students to gain valuable hands-on experience and apprenticeship hours while completing their education.

Now, Logan has graduated from high school and just finished his first year of welding. We couldn't be more excited to see where his career takes him.

One of our favourite moments came on the day of his graduation, when Logan stopped by the shop to celebrate with the mentors who helped support him along the way. It's a great reminder that developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople takes more than training. It takes people who are willing to invest their time, knowledge, and encouragement.

Congratulations, Logan. We can't wait to see what you accomplish next!
