In her role, Amanda will play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations and keeping workflow running smoothly across the office and field. Her positive attitude and reliability are already making an impact.

We’re hiring a Controller at RS Foundation Systems!

Since 2008 we’ve grown into one of Western Canada’s leading design-build deep foundation contractors. Today we’re 70+ employees with 30+ drill rigs, working on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Yukon. We’re at the next stage of growth and need a senior finance leader who’s done this before.

What we’re looking for:
• CPA designation
• 7-10+ years progressive accounting, with 3-5 years in construction or project-based business
• Track record managing finance for a business at $50M+ in annual revenue
• Strong on job costing, WIP reporting, and month-end ownership
• Comfortable leading and developing a finance team

The role owns financial reporting, the close process, job costing, CRA compliance, treasury and cash management, and partners closely with operations and project managers. Based out of our Calgary head office.
