Matrix HR is partnering with a leading North American energy infrastructure company to hire a Materials Coordinator for a major capital project based in Calgary.

📍 Calgary, AB (Full-Time Onsite)
📅 Monday to Friday
📆 1-year contract (mid-July 2026 to mid-July 2027)

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating project materials from procurement through final delivery, helping keep large-scale capital projects on schedule. You'll work closely with engineering, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and construction teams to ensure materials arrive where they're needed, when they're needed.

We're looking for candidates with:
✅ 5+ years of materials coordination or material management experience
✅ Experience in oil & gas, pipeline, power, or industrial projects
✅ SAP experience
✅ The ability to read engineering drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs)
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
