In this Home Office, mindfulness and creativity is encouraged. To achieve this, a “less is more” aesthetic is the goal. By tapering down on visual and mental clutter and focusing attention on the purposeful placement of furniture and accessories, this den space creates a serene working and reading environment. Soft sage hues are introduced to add a pop of colour without overwhelming the space 😍

Perhaps it goes without saying, but your home should be your happy place :) When you step through your front door, you should feel your heart lift - it should be a place that sparks joy and gives you sanctuary while also reflecting your unique personality and style.
I want to give you 3 tips that I hope will help you to make your home your happy place :)
1. Go with your gut. We all have an internal sense of what we like and don’t like - pay attention to what your gut is telling you and choose your decor based on that. Whether it be a piece of art that brings a smile to your face or a soft fabric that offers warmth, choose the things that spark joy within you.
2. Don’t be afraid to explore. If you see something in a magazine or on a Pinterest board that interests you, be open to stepping outside of your comfort zone. It is possible that you can find a new sense of joy that you never even knew existed :)
3. Design for right now. While creating a space that is timeless can often make sense, you need to decide if those timeless decisions truly bring you joy. If they do, that’s awesome, but if a fun colour or pattern sparks joy now, I say incorporate it! Your home is supposed to reflect you, so let it reflect the you that you are now. It is worth adding those throw pillows or throwing a little wallpaper up if there is an opportunity for a little extra joy ;)

In this bathroom, we are looking up, way up!! Here, nothing was overlooked, especially the ceiling. Stretching far above the stunning claw foot tub, this ceiling boasts an architectural two toned turret adorned with surrounding windows and a traditional style crystal chandelier. The view from this tub is spectacular and whether you are looking up or out, this is a bath where bubbles meet bubbly and unwinding only happens in luxury and style. 💖🥂

To me, Transitional Interior Design is all about connecting elements from the past with elements from the here and now. It is about creating a seamless and perfectly blended balance between the traditional and modern styles. Here, we have used clean lines and higher contrast to create modern simplicity and paired it with a combination of deep traditional wood tones and a soft luxurious white to create a mature elegance through neutral colour and texture. This beautiful built in was just the beginning to many remarkable features we got to design in this home with 🙌♥️😘

Gone are the days when Laundry Rooms were boring, utilitarian and a designer’s afterthought. And thank goodness for that! I don’t know about you, but with 3 kids, I find myself spending a lot of time sorting, rinsing, washing, drying, folding, repeat. To me, it only makes sense that Laundry Rooms be designed with a more inviting, stylish and functional aesthetic in mind. I mean, if we have to do laundry, shouldn’t it be done in a place we actually want to visit?!
This walk-through laundry room boasts a double set of machines, functional storage space, breathable hanging room, a deep sink, plenty of day light and a charming atmosphere. This is a space where the words “Laundry Day” will be redefined :)
