Little known fact- my sister in law is a professional baker. My kids have been spoiled with her fantastic cakes for so many years.... today is my 4th kiddos birthday and she's so busy I didn't ask her for a cake, figured how hard can it be... HA!
My kids have dubbed my creation the DERPY MONSTER TRUCK. 🤣
Silver lining- hours of baking, cooking supper, making cookies because no one wants my cake... and I haven't broke a sweat even though it's 30 degrees out! Air conditioning FTW!
