Happy New Year!! We made it to 2021 and it is also our 10 year anniversary serving you! Thank you for your trust, support in allowing us to support you on your path to your truest self.

We are excited to announce that we have moved to a new location.
You can now find us at our new home of NE Calgary in the lovely neighborhood of Renfrew!

With so much change in 2020 it was time to let go of our commercial space and downsize into a smaller, homier location called The Cottage in the City, a very nurturing space.

We can't wait to be of service once we are allowed to re-open! Hope to see you soon. xoxo
