Tips to keep Cool in Summer : Summer is the best time to keep active as the Sun Rise is very early and normally we start work after 8.00 AM so have around 3 hours in hand which is really a lot of free time on hand. Drink at least 1-2 glasses of normal water immediately after getting up from bed finish natural call take a nice cold water bath. Perform your prayers and sit for a while in clam and oxygenate yourself by proper deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing. Then perform some real stretching Yoga Exercise, go our for a walk to gain A & D from the lovely light hot sun rays. Make a especial drink (take 1" long ginger crush it put in 1 cup water leave to boil in the men time take a nice big lime juice add water Apple Vinegar (Cider) and one table spoon of Honey and a few leaves of Mint. Drink
Benefits you will lose weight will remain oxygenated all day and those who need weight gain can have it in cold water.

Prevention is more important then cure, why one should become sick when he/she can live a healthy and happy life with very little efforts, one needs to give just an hour to himself/ herself. Just be very conscious before you eat and drink anything. do not over load you body more than the capacity of work. Our body and brain both need proper rest. You need to schedule your daily routine and make sure that the person inside you needs to talk, listen to his voice as he is the only and only your best friend who can tell you about you.
