Today, we recognize and celebrate McLelland, who is departing Branch Out after two and a half years of exceptional leadership as our Director of Marketing and Operations.

Kim's passion for Branch Out's mission, combined with her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence, has helped shape the organization into what it is today. More than the accomplishments themselves, Kim brought heart to everything she did. Her personal connection to our mission, dedication to our research community, and genuine belief in advancing brain health were evident in every project, partnership, and conversation.

Among her many contributions, Kim:

̇· Helped transform Branch Out by strengthening our brand, deepening relationships across our community, modernizing systems, and building a strong foundation for future growth.
· Led the successful transition of the Branch Out Bike Tour to Alberta, helping deliver one of the most successful events in the organization's 15-year history.
· Revitalized Your Brain on Art, re-establishing it as one of Branch Out's signature events.
· Contributed to the collaborative efforts that helped secure the largest philanthropic gift in Branch Out's history.
· Helped bring Branch Out's 15-Year Impact Report to life, transforming 15 years of milestones, research, and community impact into a compelling legacy piece.
· Strengthened Branch Out's position as Canada's only charity solely dedicated to funding neuroscience research by refining our messaging, communications, and relationships with researchers, universities, partners, and supporters.

Kim's impact will continue to be felt for years to come, and while we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed to Branch Out.

Thank you, Kim, for your passion, leadership, and unwavering commitment. You'll always be a Branchy, and we wish you every success in your next chapter.

We did it—and then some!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the 15th Annual Branch Out Bike Tour didn't just reach our fundraising goal of $250,000 for brain health research—we surpassed it, raising an incredible $270,000!

We are beyond grateful to every rider, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, donor, and supporter who believed in our mission and helped make this achievement possible. Every dollar raised helps fuel innovative brain health research and brings us closer to a future where people affected by neurological conditions have better outcomes and more hope.

This year's event was truly special. From the challenging yet breathtaking routes and fun-filled rest stops to the vibrant afternoon festival, live music, and family-friendly activities, the energy throughout the day was nothing short of incredible.

A special thank you to Mayor Brendan Kelly for riding alongside our participants and championing Branch Out's mission. We are also deeply grateful to the Town of Diamond Valley and the Millarville Racing & Agricultural Society for welcoming us so warmly. We felt honoured to be part of your community and couldn't have asked for a better home for this milestone event.
