Today, we’re celebrating the dads who build more than just projects.

This is where it all starts to come together.
Final sand on the Riverview project.
Everything you don’t see is what makes the biggest difference right now.
Straight lines. Smooth walls. Clean finishes.
If this stage is rushed, the entire project shows it in the end.
We take our time here so the paint, trim, and final details hit the level they’re supposed to.
Basement is getting ready to turn into a legal secondary suite. Big transformation coming.
Follow along, this one’s going to be a good one.
Midway through the Riverview renovation and this one’s a full transformation.
This home started with outdated green carpet, a spiral staircase cutting through the space, and an open ceiling running from the basement all the way up to the second floor. Unique, but not functional for what the property needed.
We’ve now removed the spiral stairs, fully gutted the basement, and we’re in the process of building out a legal secondary suite.
This video is the halfway point of the basement phase. Framing is coming together, layout is locked in, and you can finally start to see how the space is going to function.
Upstairs renovation is coming next as phase two.
This is going to be a completely different house by the time we’re done.
