Another creative and beautiful contribution to the Ripples project by our very own Sharon Shuttleworth! Here's what she had to say about this piece: "How many of you got to enjoy your mom's canning? These jars were an integral part of my childhood because I was involved in the whole process from the planting of seeds in the garden all the way to hauling the full bottles of deliciousness down to the cold room. My two childhood favourites were canned pickled beets and canned crabapples - our family could eat a quart jar of either one of these in a single sitting!"
