I'm an aesthetic nurse injector, and I own an medical aesthetics practice in .
I am consistent with my skincare, use medical grades products, have access to all the treatments... but yes my skin is definitely not perfect.
Time, stress, hormones, DIET! All contribute to this unhappy skin.
BUT I do have to say ... starting to incorporate other modalities such as lasers has been making a massive difference ๐ฑ
