Hi everyone,
It is with a heavy heart that I will not be able to continue this service. I cannot risk continuing to use my home (as I had been) and in renting a commercial kitchen I would have to more than triple the cost to you for each item, just to cover costs (cost of rental, certifications required, small businesses license, business's insurance, insurance for any help....), nevermind making a profit.

I am unfortunately not in a position where I can do the meal prep business full time and that would be the only way I might be able to make it feasible for you as my customers as well as myself.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and, I am very sorry that I had to come to this decision.
I will be deleting this page shortly but will leave this up for a few days.

If you have any favourite meals from what I had prepared for you let me know, I would be happy to let you know how I made things as well as help you out with anything else regarding some healthier yummy options (the nutrition aspect is my passion).

Hi all!!! Just giving you an update! Have I mentioned I appreciate your patience with my little speed bump of growing pains??!!

Successes:
I have found a couple options for commercial kitchens that will totally help the process of getting delicious dishes ready for you
I have sourced some great containers so when I provide your meals to you, the containers aren't bending or leaking lol

I have come up with some of the dishes for the next meal prep!!! The menu will include some items such as:
Cozy Chicken Cacciatore

Black bean/edamame pasta with a crushed tomato and veggie sauce (higher protein, nutrient dense pasta

Pesto Parmesan Baked chicken breasts

Pear and Ginger Oatmeal Bake

Roadblocks:
I do have one more road black before being able to continue providing food to you. I just have to take a food safety/sanitation course approved by the AB Gov. I am registered for the next available one on Nov 26th and 27th.

Soooooooooo.....I'll be back in action for you for busy December!!!! But this time is allowing me to set menus in advance so you can see upcoming choices! I will be able to provide you with a better product! And this gives you time to get some of your cravings or favorites to me so I can turn those recipes healthier and get them on the menus!!!!

I promise to be back better than ever! Just making sure I do things correctly to protect myself and, most importantly, you!!! Once I get going again it will be interruption free! I promise!

Please have faith and patience with me! I am excited to do an amazing job for you but, got a little excited with my idea and missed some steps (my oil and gas career didn't provide me with much knowledge in running a healthy meal prep business lol)

Now get those meal requests to me! And in two weeks we can have this running even better than before!
