You can even make your own chicken nuggets with this recipe! πͺ
Crispy outside with a warm, tender flavourful center...Mmmm finger lickin good!πβΊ Ingredients: 2 servings
80g Sriracha chips, crushed
2 eggs
2 Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Vanilla Casein powder
1 tbsp GF flour( you can use any flour)
1 pinch garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 385F.
2. Cut chicken breasts into strips set, season with a little salt and pepper, or any spice of your choice. Set aside.
3. You need three bowls or deep plates. In one add crushed chips, in the other your eggs and last your flour, protein powder,garlic powder and S&P.
4. One strip at a time, cover in egg wash, flour mix, egg wash then cover in chips.
5. Use a baking tray with parchment paper or tin foil. Lay each strip down and bake for 15-18 minutes. Until chips are crispy and chicken is tender. Flip over strips at 10 minutes.
Dip into your favorite dip and enjoy!!! Macros: Per serving( about 3 strips)

I made these for my band mates as a pre jam treat!!
Indulge in magically delicious protein treats before the making of sweet prog metal πΆ
Strawberry Cup: 3-4 servings
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
4 tbsp White Chocolate
3 tbsp Crushed Fruit Loops
Chocolate PB filling:
1/2 scoop Chocolate Casein Protein
1 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a pot over steaming water, melt coconut oil and white chocolate. Once melted slowly stir in protein poeder until fully mixed.
2. Portion a tsp of strawberry goodness into each cupcake cup and refrigerate until firm.
3. In a bowl mix chocolate, PB and vanilla. Stir until fully combined.
4. Portion into balls and flatten to place inside strawberry cups.
5. Add remaining stawberry goodness to each cup, fully coating filling.
6. Add crushed Fruit loops, refrigerate until firm and enjoy!
Macros: Each cup, if you make 4.

π₯ Double Stuffed Chocolate Protein Oreos π₯
These are quick and easy to make! Why not enjoy Oreos as you make gainZ πͺ 27g of protein in 4 Oreos!! β‘
Also, there should be four cookies, but I had to eat one...
Ingredients:
4 Oreo Thins
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp Peanut Butter or any nut butter
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Almond Milk
Directions:
1. Remove icing from four oreos.
2. In a bowls mix all ingredients minus oreo cookies.
3. Mix until fully combined and has a smooth icing texture.
4. Roll into balls, squeeze in between cookies and enjoy!

π₯ 4 Ingredient Protein Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches π₯
I had a crazy craving for icecream sandwiches that needed to be satisfied this evening. So what better than a mouthful of delicious warm brownie filled with ice cream...best bedtime snack ever.
Ingredients: 6 servings
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 scoop
Chocolate Whey Protein powder
1/2 cup Peanut Butter or any nut butter
1/2 cup Chapmans Sugsr Free Ice Cream (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl mash bananas, add peanut butter, mix well then add cacao powder and protein powder.
3. Grease muffin pan or any baking dish and portion batter into it.
4. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Usr toothpick to test.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of ice to each portion for a great experience :)

π₯ Rice Cake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein "Popcorn" π₯
Super simple snack that makes rice cakes so much more exciting! π
Ingredients: 2 servings
3 Rice cakes
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 scoop
Chocolate Protein Powder
Directions:
1. In a bowl over top steaming water. Melt PB and coconut oil then add protrin powder.
2. In a bowl crush rice cakes until they're a popcorn size. Drizzle protein goodness over top and mix with your hands until all coated.
3. Eat all of it.
