A review of the top 500 S&P companies show that companies with the greatest gender diversity, with women in C-suite positions, outperform companies with the least gender diversity across the board in profits, return on capital investment and growth.

OnTapYYC #3 touches on the barriers that prevent women from career advances but primarily focuses on sustainable solutions to support women in leadership, tech and STEAM.
