Balanced conditions continue to shape the Calgary housing market, with sales easing slightly compared to last year while inventory levels remain relatively stable. Despite some softening, the market is still showing resilience across several segments.
Hereβs a little breakdown:
β’ Last month's sales were 0.3% lower than a year before.
β’ There were 2.3% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
β’ The benchmark price for all home types was $745,400. π°

MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT! π
Calgary's real estate market showed seasonal improvement in March with rising sales activity as we moved into spring πΈ While market conditions varied by property type, overall residential trends remained relatively balanced with prices trending up from February across most segments.

β’ March sales were 13% lower than last year, totalling 1,881 transactions π‘
