Stampede Around the City from Country 105 🤠
07/06/2026
Yeehaw, Calgary! 🤠 The Stampede is officially here! 🎡 Whether you’re headed to the grounds for a pancake breakfast, a show, or just to soak in the atmosphere, we want everyone in our community to have a safe and joyful Stampede 2026. 🥞✨
We believe that being part of a community means looking out for one another. If you or a loved one are heading out to the festivities, here are a few tips to ensure a great experience:
☀️ Stay Hydrated & Protected: It’s going to be a hot one! Bring a reusable water bottle, wear your sunscreen, and don’t forget that bug spray—the mosquitoes are out in full force! 🦟
🎧 Sensory Breaks: The grounds can be loud and busy! Plan for “quiet moments” in less crowded areas or bring noise-canceling headphones if things get a bit overwhelming.
📍 Have a Plan: Stay connected with your network! Make sure everyone knows the meeting spot if you get separated, and keep your "First 48" info handy just in case.
♿ Know Your Access: Check the Stampede website for accessibility maps, sensory-friendly times, and parking info to make navigating the grounds as smooth as possible.
🤝 Travel Together: Everything is better—and safer—with your village. Lean on your network and enjoy the company!
Most importantly, have the best time making memories! We can’t wait to hear your stories when we’re back in the swing of things this fall.
Happy Stampeding, everyone! 🐎🌻
