We’re looking for a bar lead to run our sake, cocktail, and beverage program.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years bartending experience (high-volume or craft-focused)
- Strong knowledge of sake and Japanese spirits
- Ability to lead a team during peak service
- Availability: nights, weekends, holidays
- Willingness to learn and grow
