When you can’t have a real Christmas tree, the next best thing is… essential oils! Seriously, they are like Christmas trees in a bottle! 🎄❤️✨

If we could suggest just ONE healthy change to make this Christmas, it would be to ditch synthetic fragrances (and the harmful health effects that come with them), and switch to essential oils instead. They can make your home smell incredible, plus have so many other uses!
