Two new fabulous inner city homes well under construction in the inner city community of Mount Royal here in Calgary.

I’m very excited to present one of my latest stunning home designs! Located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Elbow Park here in Calgary. Attached are renderings showcasing both the interior and exterior of this one-of-a-kind residence.

Built on a hillside, this home features two walkout basements, making the most of the steep, triangular lot. While it may appear as a three-story home from the street, it’s actually a beautifully designed bungalow. The challenging terrain didn’t limit my vision—it inspired me to create a truly spectacular home that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
