Big news! 🎉

This morning, we announced a transformational gift from Sticks & Strings Foundation. The Sticks & Strings Outdoor Early Learning Centre will open with Belmont Library in 2027. It will be an accessible space for kids and their families to run, sing, and play.

Sticks & Strings Foundation was founded in 2022 by Seattle Kraken captain Jordan Eberle and Lauren Rodych-Eberle, and they started supporting Calgary Public Library programs like My First Bookshelf that same year.

We continue to be inspired by their dedication to early learning. Jordan and Lauren, we are profoundly grateful for the impact you have on the local community.
