Rich said it best.. Since COVID and all of the discourse around inclusion suffocated social media, we still struggle to see diversity in the scene. We still struggle to see meaningful change beyond checking a box of diversity and calling it a day.

There are people, organizations, and crews who are striving for that (and we see you), but it's not enough.
