Mercedes was simply untouchable in May, defending his Preferred Pace crown on May 9 with another commanding front-end victory and recording his fastest mile of the season in an impressive 1:52.1. The six-year-old stallion continued his outstanding start to 2026, winning four of his first six starts and proving once again why he's one of Alberta’s premier Standardbreds.
