How is this for a basement rec room / man cave.

The owners of a rental propety we completely gutted wanted to improve the lacking basement without pushing the budget.

Simple answer; paint the ceiling black, floor joists and mechanical along with it. Through down some carpet & a couple walls to define the space and you have a low cost, efficient space for entertainment.

Really impressed with the finished product on this one.
