alright It's the first posting on my page.

I think condo market is picking up in Caglary area.
Inventory supply already entered negative percentage area and sales volume has been up 50% Y/Y% so far.
this means more people are looking for condo because of that sales volume went up and now we are going to see low inventory soon once high sales volume passes by.
This is very similar trend I have seen in 2021 summer Calgary Detached house market.
Once inventory hits low and demand is still up there, what will happen?
Price will go up! Supply and Demand.
I can see the demand has increased a lot also supply is dropping.
Once I saw this, I purchased a nice one bedroom condo in downtown Calgary personally this month.
