We are looking for a Temp worker for the below role, must be able to pass a Background check in order to do role. Downtown Vancouver at a law firm. Please let me know if this would interest you.

Pre and Post Move Activities

Enter move details into the ServiceNow Portal
Deliver and remove moving boxes/bins, deliver file boxes and labels when needed
Conduct and complete the moves according to predetermined standards
Office cleaning – remove shredding, extra office supplies, boxes, garbage, etc.
Arrange for cleaning of carpets and furniture if necessary
Remove and/or install name plates
Update floor plans when required

New Hire Activities

Prepare space for new hires
Set up new hire offices and/or work stations
Office cleaning – remove shredding, extra office supplies, boxes
Arrange for carpet and furniture cleaning if necessary
Order name plates and business cards when required
Remove and/or install name plates
Update ServiceNow Portal as required

Daily Activities

Must be able to lift 25 lbs (ie. Move and install quickstands)
Enter daily and key activities in the Facilities Issues Tracker and fulfill requests received
Track temporary and permanent pass cards in excel
Liaise with building ops, security, building cleaners, vendors and suppliers regarding daily maintenance of premises
Es**rt and follow up with vendors when required
Order new and replacement pass cards (work with Reception on their requests)
Arrange for security card deletions for departures
Order and deliver ergonomic supplies and equipment
Provide General Assistance to the Facilities Specialist including vacation coverage
Organize and maintain keys
Weekly upkeep of hotels
Weekly upkeep of printer stations
Contact information updates in Business Continuity Plans – data entry
Maintain cleanliness and organization of P4 and Reception storage
Act as an Emergency Warden
Maintain and repair furniture on request (simple fixes only)
Box pick up and delivery – On demand
Regular office inspections
