It's ! (March 16-20) Neurodiversity celebrates all the ways our brains can think, move, and communicate. Neurodiversity as an umbrella term used to describe alternative thinking styles such as Dyslexia, DCD (Dyspraxia), Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD. 🧠✨
Around 15–20% of the population is neurodivergent. Instead of focusing on “deficits,” neurodiversity highlights unique strengths and the challenges often caused by environments designed for the majority.
Whether you’re a school, university, or workplace, embracing different thinkers benefits everyone! 🌈

💚 Teen Mental Health Matters
March 2nd was Teen Mental Health Awareness Day, but it’s never too late to check in. 🧠✨
Mental health is important every day. Teens face unique challenges, from school stress to social pressures, and knowing support is available can make all the difference. Teens should feel seen, heard, and supported. Open up a conversation today, or reach out if you're struggling. 💛

💗 Be a Buddy, Not a Bully. 💗
Today is Pink Shirt Day — a reminder that kindness, inclusion, and standing up for one another matter every single day.
Bullying can have lasting effects on children, teens, and even adults. Creating safe spaces at school, at home, and in our community starts with conversations, empathy, and support.
At High Point Psychology, we’re here to help children, teens, and families build confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships.
Let’s choose kindness. Let’s choose courage. Let’s choose to be a buddy.
