Force Lightning Electric

Currently working on the 1993 Stampede Showhome and it's definitely a lot different to the majority of houses I've worked on. Some 'interesting' design choices and unique wiring decisions 😁

This was kind of fun to put together, although my hand was aching towards the end from screwing in so many rods!

It's been a busy four weeks or so, helping out with the finishing stage of a larger commercial job. Lots and lots of pot lights; a good mix of receptacles; smoke detectors; occupancy switches; thermostats; outdoor lighting; and lots more.

Always nice to see things coming together at the end 😀

Sometimes you bring your work home with you. I decided to upgrade the lights in the kids area from a single light in the corner to a set of potlights. So much brighter for them now!

Adding some solar panels

Adding power to a temporary trailer building today. 225ft of cable pulled, up high to a 30ft ceiling, and down low underneath a stage. Good job I'm not (that) scared of heights or claustrophobic 😁

Working on installing an EV charger today - digging trenches, pulling cable and adding the receptacle. One Tesla all charged up now 👍
