We were pleased to meet with the Honourable Muhammad Yaseen, MLA for Calgary-North and Associate Minister of Multiculturalism, for a productive conversation last Friday.

The meeting provided an opportunity to learn more about the Minister's current priorities and share ActionDignity's ongoing work to advance equity, inclusion, and community well-being across Alberta. We also discussed our upcoming policy advocacy efforts focused on improving opportunities and reducing barriers for newcomers and internationally trained professionals, as well as other initiatives that support equity-deserving communities.

Strong relationships between community organizations and government are essential to creating meaningful and lasting change. We look forward to continued dialogue and collaboration in building more inclusive and equitable communities.
