When it comes to skin cancer, early detection is key.

Self-examine your skin once a month and keep your ABCDEs in mind:
A. Asymmetry
B. Border
C. Colour
D. Diameter
E. Evolution

Keep an eye out for abnormal moles on your skin, or any changes in a mole’s colour, size or shape and report any suspicious changes in your skin to your doctor.
