Happy Canada Day.

I hope you are having a great day, enjoy the long weekend and take good care of you this week.

I understand for many people this day is one of grief.

With awareness of Canadian history and in the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge that I live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut'ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.

May there be healing and true reconciliation.

Friday fun post. Happy pups at the Okotoks dog park. Sad pups behind the gate while I was working.

They love it if you give them pets, or treats (I'll provide them) before or after your massage therapy session - but you are not obligated to.

For those that might be allergic, I keep the dogs out of the treatment room, it and our entryway are vacuumed often. There is also a HEPA filter running in the room.
