15 DOLGO CRABAPPLE $13.50 ea. or $200 for all.
These can get to about 33ft tall, or prune to easy picking height in late summer. High yielding tree, 3-4 cm tall red to deep purple fruit is tangy and firm, & high in pectin. Eat fresh or excellent for juicing, good for cooking, baking, preserves.
Get them at Scott's Greenhouse just west of Derwent on Hwy 45 and Rge Rd 74.
Open 10 to 8 still.

14 High Bush CRANBERRY trees 10% off, now $11.70, or $150 for all 14 ($10.71 ea)
What I like about them:
-Good for shady spots but full sun OK too.
-Complex leaf shape and red tinge adds interest.
-White flowers are late enough not to get hit by spring frosts, fall red berries are beautiful on the bushes.
-Fruit doesn't need processing right away. I forgot a bag in my extra fridge for mo this and it was just fine, no mold, no mush.
-Tidy size, up to 13 ft T x 9 ft W but mine aren't that big.
-Self fertile, so you still get fruit if you only have room for one.
-Hardy (zone 2a), native to the area.
-They don't sucker.
At Scott's Greenhouse, open 10-8 this weekend, watch for possible reduced hours thereafter.
