This old Dover Elevator received a healthy dose of service work!
Our customer didn’t have the budget for a complete elevator modernization. 🤔
They asked us to revive their Dover DMC1 which was out of service for 5+ years. 😱
We brought it back from the dead! 🧟♂️
All it needed was a little TLC 🧰⚙️❤️

Check out these 👇 before and afters!
This started out as a leaky elevator pit due to the age of the building (100 years old) and high water table. 💦
We contracted a local concrete repair company to drill and fill the voids where water was entering the elevator pit. 👷🏻♀️🧱
After the pit was sealed and dry, our techs replaced the rusted hydraulic pipes and painted the pit to bring it back to life! 😎
